Koioki 60-Day Return & Exchange Policy

Not loving your order? No worries! You can return or exchange items within 60 days of receiving them—just follow the guidelines below for a smooth process.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Returns or exchanges must be requested within 60 days.
• Items need to be unwashed and unused.
• Store credit will be issued for returns.
• Customers cover the return postage.
• Clearance and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Restocking Fees

• A 25% restocking fee applies for returns due to incomplete or invalid addresses.
• A 25% restocking fee applies for returns without exchanges.

Incorrect Address Handling

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or if it was unclaimed:

• The customer must pay for a new shipping label to have the order reshipped.
• If the order is canceled, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

International Orders

• Sorry, no returns on international orders.

Additional Info

• Koioki covers the shipping cost for sending exchange items, but the customer handles the return shipping for the original item.
