How long will it take to receive my order?

We process and ship orders within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, U.S. deliveries typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.


How can I exchange an item?

To request an exchange, mail your item to:

Items must be unused and unwashed to qualify for an exchange.

If you're local, you can also exchange your item at our market or shop.


My package says delivered, but I haven't received it.

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered before they actually arrive. Please wait 24 hours before contacting us.

If your package still hasn't arrived after that, contact us and we'll help investigate the issue or file a claim with the shipping carrier if needed.


Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?

Yes! If your order hasn't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update your shipping address.


Do you have a physical store?

We currently operate online only. We also attend select local markets and events where you can shop in person.


I received the wrong size or design.

We're sorry about that! Contact us with your order number and let us know what you received and what you should have received. We'll get it taken care of as quickly as possible.


What happens if my package is returned because of an incorrect address?

If your package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, you have two options:

  • Purchase a new shipping label so we can resend your order.

  • Receive store credit for your order, minus a 25% restocking fee.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.


How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.

If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.


What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept exchanges for items that are unused and unwashed.

Returns are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds unless required by law.

Are your materials ethically sourced?

Yes. We work with suppliers that are committed to ethically sourced materials and responsible manufacturing practices.


How do I care for my apparel?

For the longest-lasting print and garment life:

  • Turn the garment inside out before washing.

  • Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle.

  • Use mild detergent.

  • Do not bleach.

  • Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry.

  • Do not iron directly on the printed design.
